Ultimately, the sacrifice is lasting fulfillment for temporal pleasure. Such a loss.
We can do better. When we redirect our desires, prioritize our time, and refocus our attention on what is good, sustainable, and fruit-bearing, I believe we will find happiness. But we'll never find the right things by looking in the wrong places; or reap the rewards if we don't change our ways.

Since 2000, Florida SpringsFest has been educating visitors about the importance of Florida Springs. In 2019 over 5000 people visited our annual event over the weekend!
Silver Springs State Park is known for its famous Glass Bottom Boats, recreational trails, ranger programs, canoe, and kayak rental, with additional activities; environmental speakers, educational displays, artists, demonstrators, food, a student art show, silent auction, and a variety of talented entertainers to fill the park with music.

Directions: Bring water to a boil > Rinse the entire banana under running water > Slice off both ends but leave the rest of the peel on the banana > Add banana to the boiling water > Reduce heat to medium and simmer for about 10 minutes. > Pour the banana water through a strainer. > Add cinnamon and favorite sweetener.
